On 14 July 2008, in presence of the Italian State Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Alfredo Mantica, the Norwegian State Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Elisabeth Walaas, the Italian Ambassador, Ms. Roseanna Coniglio, and members of CNR (National Research Council of Italy), an agreement between Kings Bay AS and CNR concerning building of a new Climate Change Tower in Ny-Ålesund was signed. |
