The European Centre for Arctic Environmental Research in Ny-Ålesund has issued its last call for proposals for funding. ARCFAC is a Research Infrastructures Action under the FP6 framework programme of the EU.

The ARCFAC grants give scientists free access to the research infrastructure in Ny-Ålesund to conduct field- or laboratory work related to a research project. For terms of access and application procedures please follow this link. Please note that this is the last call for proposals, and that all work in Ny-Ålesund therefore must be completed by the end of 2010.

The application deadline is September 30, 2009.
