Photo: Bodil Myklevoll Visit by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington D.C. with a group of high level advisers from the US Senate. The purpose of the visit is for the Senators to learn about the significance of the Arctic area and Norwegian foreign interests.
This was a full day`s visit including meetings with several of the international stations (The Netherlands, UK, German/France, Italy, China, Japan and Norway) and many scientists. It was also time for a short boat excursion on the fjord.
