Kings Bay AS offers lodging of various standards. At the North Pole Hotel rooms with bath and private phone are available. More basic rooms, most of them with shared bathroom, can also be booked and are located in different buildings throughout town.

All meals - usually four a day - are served at the dining hall (Messa) in the Kings Bay Service Center. Kings Bay's kitchen keeps a good international standard. Please note that there is no supermarket or food store in Ny-Ålesund and that all food is provided by Kings Bay AS.
